By accessing, registering for, or using any part of our website, digital products, or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Gamely Academy.

  • Eligibility: Our services are intended for individuals aged 13 years or older. If you are under the age of 13, you may only use the services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these terms on your behalf.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of security.
  • License and Use: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the content and services strictly for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. Any other use, including resale or redistribution, is strictly prohibited.
  • Pricing and Subscription Terms: Subscription fees are displayed in either United States Dollars (USD) or Indian Rupees (INR), based on your geographic location. Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to renewal. You are responsible for all applicable taxes, and payment providers (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe) process transactions securely.
  • Prohibited Activities: You agree not to copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, transmit, or use any content from the platform in any way that infringes intellectual property rights or violates applicable laws. Sharing, redistributing, or attempting to extract source code or proprietary content is strictly forbidden.
  • Modifications: Gamely Academy reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued access or use of our platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you should refrain from using our services and discontinue any ongoing access immediately.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Digital Product Policy

  • We offer a complimentary 7-day trial for eligible subscription plans. This allows new users to explore and evaluate the content and features before committing to a paid subscription.
  • Once a subscription is purchased or content has been downloaded, we do not provide refunds except in cases of proven accidental purchase or technical failure. Any refund request must be submitted via email to our support team within 24 hours of the transaction.
  • We also provide time-based non renewable plans within which users can access all the content for the specified amount of time
  • All refund requests are reviewed and granted at the sole discretion of Gamely Academy. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Shipping and Exchange Policy

  • Gamely Academy exclusively offers digital educational products. As such, there is no physical delivery or shipping involved in any transaction.
  • Upon successful purchase, users will receive immediate access to the subscribed content through their registered account and/or email confirmation.
  • Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer exchanges, returns, or transfers. All purchases are final and non-transferable.
  • In case of technical issues preventing access, please contact our support team promptly. We are committed to resolving genuine access-related concerns.
